What is the Scale-up Pathway?
We know that scaling deep tech requires different capabilities at different stages of growth; from research expertise, academic support, specialist facilities and access to investment through to prototyping, manufacturing and commercial production.
But those capabilities do not always exist in one place.
The Scale-up Pathway brings together the complementary strengths of WestTech London and the West Midlands, giving deep tech businesses structured support to find the expertise, infrastructure and connections they need in each ecosystem.
This connected pathway enables businesses from either region to explore opportunities and capabilities across both ecosystems, with support tailored to the specific needs of a business and where they are in their growth journey.
